Welcome to the registration system for the 2008 WSN meeting. Please choose from the options below. We will confirm your order, then register you in our system before sending you to paypal to provide final payment.

Please note that early registration runs until October 15th. After that, a $20 late fee will be assessed.

3) Meeting Registration and Attitude Adjustment Hour
This year, we are rolling meeting registration and the AAH tickets into one package (hence the $20 increase) for simplicity.

4) Presidential Banquet
Come join your fellow WSN members at the annual Presidential Banquet, to be held in the Marriott on Saturday, November 8th. The banquet features a full-course meal and a speech by the current WSN president, Dr. Kathy Ann Miller. The banquet is followed by the annual WSN auction for student travel. NOTE: members do not have to attend the banquet to attend the auction.

4a) Meal Choice
If you will be attending the Presidential Banquet, we will offer a meal choice of Oven-roast Chicken Breast or a Grilled Vegetable Wellington with Roasted Pepper Sauce. Please select your meal preference.

5) WSN t-shirts, sweatshirts, and mugs
The design for this year's WSN shirt has not been finalized. Past designs have been highly coveted; order now to avoid dissapointment. As soon as the design is finalized, we will post it on the site. Please purchase a t-shirt, sweatshirt, and/or mug below. All profits go towards funding student travel to the meeting. You can pick up your items at the registration desk. Note, if you want a sweatshirt or a long-sleeved shirt, you MUST pre-order it. There will be no extras available at the meeting.

6) Donations for student travel
Each year, we try and encourage students from around the world to travel to WSN in order to be part of the larger scientific community. This is not always financially easy for them, especially this year with the meeting in Canada. If you can, we would appreciate any additional money you would care to donate in order to defray travel and meeting costs for these students. These donations are tax deductible.

7) General Fund Donation
Lastly, running an annual meeting takes a lot of time, co-ordination, and effort. Any donation you can make will help both this and next year's meeting run that much more smoothly. Thank you for any help you can give.
